Delish Breakfast Idea (And carb-free if you’re into that…)

My friend Todd was trying this the other day while I was visiting, and it looked amazing! Of course, I had to try it. Super easy, but it takes a little time to cook, so plan accordingly; )

Heat your oven to 375 degrees F. Slice your avocado in halvsies. Carefully break your egg open into the well of the avocado. (I had to scrape out some of the avo to make room for the egg.) Then place uncovered in a pan in the heated oven and wait….and wait….it took at least 25 minutes. Next time I may try increasing the oven temp to 400 and see if that helps. Let me know if anyone tries it and how it goes!!
